LOVE these ideas. I have used many of them with my team. It's amazing how much a Thank You can let them know their efforts have been noticed. I trid to be specific and say thank you for doing "X" so well. Also, my guys loved to eat so for every birthday we had a pot luck at work. It worked out to be about once a month, but if we didn't have a birthday during a specific month, we would still plan to bring in food for whatever. There is something about sharing a meal that helps bring people closer. Great video, Makeda!
