use the R design mount and the desert hobbies shocked wheelie bar I have 4 of them, losi and dr10..there awesome.. if they dont have the mount go to ebay.

So I put the brisket chassis on after your video last fall. Finally got to run it last week here in the Pacific Northwest it was a balmy 40 degrees. First hit with the new software 2.35 @ 66 we have broke into the 2.2’s and believe me there is more there. I have a new Breakout and cant wait to start tuning it with the new software. If you haven’t run the new software in the DRK prepare to have a big smile on your face it is awesome. Thanks for the tips Chad.

Man that’s great I can’t wait to get back out. That’s good to hear about the brisket. It seems a little light and kinda flimsy but with that 7 stage it should be able to hold on. Breakout are 350 right now. It’s a great proven chassis. Not sure how this new version will be. I’m sure great but they are slowly moving to a full kit vs a buggy combo. That means they can control pricing s little more and it seems they want to move those up sadly.

Hey, Chad if your shock tower is rubbing I use 3m foil duct tape. It helps to keep rubbing showing thru paint.

Yeah when I get these mounts on and the new bar I need to see how it sits. I wouldn’t mind if it still hits the top. Seems to stiffen up that front end nice. That might help out. Only one way to find out :)

On my dr10 with exotek bumper I just eliminated the foam and standoffs on the bumper and mounted posts right to the carbon plate

that would work good as well. i could awlays tap some holes in that carbon to mount a weight box.

I'll let you know how I make out this is pretty much the first time I'm going for test I did a couple take off to make sure that the car was running straight and my shocks are good. Hate that corvette body and it’s most popular because of aero and no rear bumper. Street outlaws should all be old school muscle with full rear bumpers
