Really cool to see all the on-board footage and have a much better understanding of what's going on with navigation! Looks like really fun riding too. The passing button would be handy in the open desert! 😁 Also cool to see that Damien is going for it although Damien still being Damien. 🤣

Pushing that pass button at those speeds on that terrain... I love watching your skilled riding. The trails look hard on tyres were they spent after this stage?
@JeffSichoe2 жыл бұрын
Hey man that's some of the best POV riding footage i've seen, nice one. A couple of questions - you keep hitting a button on the tracking unit when you're behind a quad, is that some sort of 'get out of the way' button? Second - do you measure roughly how many calories you burn or how much water etc? Keep up the good work and good luck!

Fun times. Is it true some riders went over a cliff, are they ok?

Hi Lyndon, great to see some racing videos again. Quick question: the button you push on the organizers GPS, is it a sort of sentinel which warns the car ahead that you are approaching and you push it again once you have passed them? I saw you pushing something whenever you approached a car. Good luck and cheers from Cape Town.

Think he says it’s a request to pass, that’s confirmed by the vehicle ahead with another press of the button

Brilliant to see you racing again Lyndon. What were the buttons you were pressing on the computer when you were catching up and passing the side by sides?
@JohannesDalen2 жыл бұрын
It's to notify the driver in front that he wants to pass. Gets a beep back and then it's clear for passing.

So you took it easy...holy crap! How can your tires survive that kind of brutal rocky surface?

If it's GoPro 10 I've seen several other youtubers have issues with them overheating. You being in a hot climate will of course further worsen that problem, if it's got the same issue as the others.

Nice video - but - who brought the Husqvarna Nuda along?! I have this thing in my garage, and its favorite is surely not dirt…(poor guy by the way, his ears will definitely need medical treatment)

Is that a push to pass system on those gps units for when you are behind someone? Looks similar to what we use on the rallysafe units in car rallying

😂 If you have to ask who pays for it 🙈 I bet 99% of the entire paddock pay for their own ride, including me!
