Rupert is basically a real life Shonen Anime Protagonist: Yells a lot. Contagious laugh Stronger than he looks ...Not exactly the brightest bulb in the shop But a pure heart And goes into every obstacle with a tenacious ambition that he can and will win, no matter the odds against him. Unfortunately, reality shows don't have the same plot armor as anime would.

I felt bad for Rupert and Laura because it seemed that they were struggling so much. They seem like genuinely good people. Having the Amazing Race contestants involved seemed like a real challenge for the Survivor and Big Brother contestants.

its actually better it if could have been Terry and Trish Deitz from Survivor: Exile Island rather than them, because Terry and Trish can be the only team that can withstand those five Amazing Race teams, including, Colin and Christie, the winner that season...

It’s a shame that production screwed up on the casting for this season. None of the Survivor contestants that they chose were challenge beasts. That explains why the results were so lopsided in favor of the TAR teams.

Honestly, the fact that the numbers were lopsided, 5-3-3, 5 Amazing Racers... It should have been 12 teams, 4 from each show.

i really love these videos. i remember survivor, the amazing race, big brother, etc. all airing through the 2000s and being super popular. of course, i was like 6 so the only competition show i was invested in was Total drama Island. i just feel like these videos are giving me a different perspective of my childhood

It has to be Colin and Christie. Their appearance in Season 5 is my favourite in the show's entire run, and their storyline in Season 31 is perfect, with their win being probably the most satisfying in the series.

Two more popular teams I wouldve loved to have seen on the same season with Rupert and Laura from TAR for me wouldve been. The cowboys Jet and Cord from Oklahoma with their "Oh My Gravy" catchphrase Bopper and Mark the good ol boys from Kentucky how they played the game when they were on their respective seasons,I can see these three teams helping each other and working together from time to time Came across this in my feed and jusr subscribed also;
