Really loved the visuals and slides you shared at the beginning, it helps to see rather than just hearing you explaining things. Sounds like you had a great time at the summit. Those lats were looking nutty in that clip around 8:30!

Hi there Alberto. One question about diet breaks. During your 2 weeks on diet break, based in your individual body type, structure and how you respond to the extra calories, how much of weight increase do you see daily or during those two weeks? Thanks and best.
@MrSabourin217 жыл бұрын
My only suggestion would be to add titles to each of your battery pictures ex: (Low Day: -500 from maintiance) and then on high days battery picture put (High Day: +100 calories from maintiance) , and then lastely add a maintiance battery pic to show the diffence between the three.

as always such a pleasure being able to get some quality knowledge from a pro natural BB! What maybe would be an intresting topic is how you set up those eating cycles? I've never seen them before. thanks for keeping me motivated duddde! :-)

While there is plenty of data on multiple day refeeds for me the biggest reason is to enhance performance and recovery while dieting.

Is the 4 low days then 3 higher days purpose to mimic what your peak week may look like once you have picked a show? As opposed to high days split up 3-4 days apart? Thanks!
@Team3DMJ7 жыл бұрын
Yes very likely, good data is being collected on these days
@david1911ification7 жыл бұрын
why do you calorie cycle? why low days and high days? and why not interchange them, but do 4 in a row?
@Zerobeat607 жыл бұрын
Alberto, in regards to an off-season, would you recommend training blocks based on strength training (mostly linear progression on deadlifts/squats/bench/press, milking out what I believe are still novice gains) while excluding hypertrophy (bodybuilding) training for a bit? If so, what would be a good indicator of when to advance on to more complex periodization schemes and do you recommend programs that combine both strength periodization while including hypertrophy training

Your calorieintervention divided in micro/meso/macro cycles in conjunction with exercisetraining has already or also been described By drugfree bodybuilder Tom Venuto in his method The Holy Grail the bodytransformation. Good video by the way!

do you think that its harder to grow lats when you have smaller lat muscle bellies/ shorter insertions or however you call it?
@turnippatrol46077 жыл бұрын
What's even more important for the appearance of the lats is how broad of a ribcage they are sitting on top of
@albertonunez33317 жыл бұрын
So much goes into how a muscle looks...Shape, attachments etc etc in general round muscle bellies is what usually wins out. The rounder the better a muscle will look even if it doesn't attach all the way right
