@dx7gaming4 жыл бұрын
This is a heavily edited and possibly setup duel. We do duel videos as well and recently are working on Spirit Charmers vs Sacred Beast and we've recorded at least 50 real duels so far and they all are very long (the decks are not balanced, and Sacred Beast structure deck is a brick). So we're going to have to setup the decks a bit to make the viewing experience better! PS: I agree - structure deck duels are fun and expose you to a lot of new strategies and possibilities. Team APS does a really good job. If these are raw duels (non-setup) I wonder how many times they recorded before they settled on these three duels

@RuudAwakening4 жыл бұрын
@@Accion_y_Pasion Ey man, may I ask how old you are? In different ages you have different ways of connecting with people who play the game. Like in middle school I learned Magic the Gathering and in the local game shop of the small town I lived. We would see each other at school, in the shop, and went to concerts and festivals together. This means you can meet people who play the games you play in several places, and grow friendships with them because you hang out in more than one place and share more than 1 interest. (during COVID and lockdowns going around, it is different of course, but keep these things in mind for when the possibilities appear) You might also reach out to friends or maybe even family that might be interested in playing the game. People are way more at home and bored right now. Learning a cardgame and having fun one-on-one might be perfect to kill time and have fun (while even training your brain btw!). College age is kinda the same. If your more the 'adult and working age', other possibilities present themself. More money available and being able to drive makes it possible to search your cardgame friends further from home. Search on facebook for example. Type in YuGiOh and your town/region/... and see what pops up. My experience is that you rather have a nice community, than a nearby community. I'd say try out what's available to you right now. Cause these are crazy times and people just NEED some social connection.
@RuudAwakening4 жыл бұрын
PS: don't be afraid to switch plans when you feel like it's the better thing to do For example in my community the Magic the Gathering players are more my kind of people than the YuGiOh players. Starter decks are often cheap or free for several card games I know. Good luck man!!

@@Accion_y_Pasion if your looking for a more modern structure deck to start with, I highly recommend the one called “Shaddoll Showdown”. Shaddolls in general are really good as a budget deck and the structure deck comes with all the cards you need to start if you buy 3 (since each is $10, 3 would be $30 but its always better to buy 3). If you want another really cheap option, the “Tenyi” archetype is extremely cheap and good for a budget beginner’s deck. You could always look up decklists online and join either Team APS’s discord (or any other yugioh one), and they’ll help you make the deck. Hope this helps :)
