ja, an meinem knie bedeuted das auch jetzt noch ständiges training. aber bis wir sterben sind wir in diesem körper gefangen also gibt es auch nichts sinnvolleres als diesen körper wieder richtig stark zu machen um freiheit in der bewegung zu erlangen. Godlike u know ;)
