Wolverine not having a passive to passively heal or an ability like that is really down playing his iconic healing factor

I mean he does have an ability LIKE that... being taken to zero automatically healing you based on your rage meter IS a healing passive... its just not the version most people envisioned/wanted. But really if folks is being honest... what we want is wolverine to be unkillable cause thats how he is in the comics... but that won't fly obviously for a team shooter. All you'd have to do with his current ability is tweak the cooldown numbers and a good wolverine would be unkillable. Because getting kills lowers the cooldown, a buff to anything that helps wolverine get kills buffs his passive... I actually think that passive as is will make logan a bit tricky to buff without potentially making him immortal.

His Passive really should have been "after not taking DMG for 3 seconds he starts to heal himself" and they could have made it so he continues to heal even after he starts to take DMG for a few seconds.

His E basicly adds 50% HP temporally and his passive gives him a free life when his HP gets low. He's pretty damn tanky if you plan out his abilities

I've found the best Tank to play against wolverine with is Hulk. Because he is really the only one that can put up a shield then just jump away, and keep jumping away if Wolverine tries to pursue.

Yeah same. If you’re doing it on a grounded enemy you basically have to be touching them to be sure it connects. And even sometimes on smaller enemies it doesn’t. You can always try aiming downwards to help make sure the hitbox is as low as possible. I really hope they patch this and make it a little bit easier to connect when you’re less than 3 ft away

as far as i can t4ell the grab only happens if you literally are touching collision boxes. so if someone steps away from you at all and they arent bumped into during the leap, they wont be grabbed

The key to Wolverine: Get pocketed by a healer and play in high rank, where people immediately follow up damaging on whoever you use Wolverine's dive with. Try doing this in low rank with no focused healer, plus an entire team where no one will follow up and we'll see how far you really get.

I’m no Team Captain by any means but I solo q’d my way from bronze to diamond 3 with Wolverine.. you don’t “need” a pocket healer nor do you “need” follow up. It obviously helps but if you play correctly, the loop just kinda happens and your team will eventually adjust. Conveniently, or inconvenient depending on the take, there are health packs relatively close to most flank spots. Learn your packs, learn your rotations, use Undying Animal mid engagement, and PING. I swear to god I can make a million callouts that receive zero acknowledgment but the moment I start spamming pings and they see a low health hero, everyone reacts. Play into your teams ego! Everyone wants to be rewarded with the kill, Wolverine helps anyone boost their stat line cause everyone he engages he gets to half health. Just my take. Also if you don’t want to solo q or feel like you do “need” a pocket then join a discord man this community is huge right now, take advantage of it! Cheers

The crosshair “bug” is a double input thing, I don’t use controller on this game, but start of every match because my controller is still plugged in, my crosshairs has a stick drift kinda effect, tap the right analog stick and it stops it

Logan literally need a big brain to play even how gungho his playstyle seems to be. Its skill set is a better deterrent for dives and preventing vanguard to move forward as it punish a mispositioned tank or displace it to prevent push or assistance of isolated teammate. But wolverine can't flank well the backline and can't reliable pick off the strategist the enemy team rely on so he needs a teammate to deal the backline while he prevent the further push and make an opening for the team. He rely on the player great decision making, positioning and opportunistic mindset to be effective

no matter how good he can be in high rank lobbies i would likes to see some buffs. Maybe longer reach for primary(deadass Thor's melee is longer 💀), maybe wall climb/smth that will utilize the fact him having HUGE CLAWS IN HANDS. Possible rework of rage, for it being harder to fill but also having buffs like hp regen then full. And finally fix the leap. This shit sometimes cancels it self for no reason canceling afterwards stun or have broken lunge distance, scuffed hitbox and many more bugs

Prio tanks; Stay on high ground. E then Shift, Right Click then Left Click and Shift to go back to high ground. Don't engage if team loses fights and make sure you are with team and help destroy tanks then squishy. Did I miss anything?

Even a Rank 1 Player is missing the Shift Leap Also being pocketed by Healers & having a decent team that not only follows up on Kidnaps but stays alive long enough for Wolvy to engage This isnt viable in Solo Q at lower ranks

I played 40 hours of Wolverine in quick matches before trying out competitive and got to Gold 2 with an 89% winrate, what he's doing is 100% viable especially considering he is also instructing people to go for healthpacks.

I think it is due to elevation, have to be ground level for it to be more consistent. Sometimes if you right-click + shift immediately you will be slightly above ground depending on where you were aiming and then leap over their model.
