I think the thing with smoking is,Most lung cancers happen in smokers ,but only 20-30% of smokers develop lung cancer( dont quote on that number) But there are other health problems aside from lung cancer to be worried about Copd, heart disease and strokes, oral cancer , bladder cancer. And conan is righ there is thought to be genetic factors for who develops lung cancer and there are lots of genes identified
