Fun fact : if Kevin Hart makes a stand up show in french on french TV, no americans will put comments on the youtube video except bad ones. Gad did an english stand show on an american TV network and you can find a lot of francophone guys putting french and english comments on the youtube video. Most of them are about support. I even don't need to translate what I jus wrote because every french viewers of this video will understand what I said.

Hedi Benmbarek But you're here anyway, even if you don't care about France, you was curious to hear the guy.. You are kind of right . Because what is really matter is the guy, is he funny or not. are his jokes good or not. That is matter that is important. Where he came from is secondary. By the way, Americans seem to don't care about the world anyway. Unless if you feel a threat (thanks fox news). Is it true ?

In France, when we don't see famous people on TV for a month, we forget about them. And when they show up again, we call it a comeback. Even reporters ask them "why did you stop working for so long ?" Like they were on vacation for years, but they actually spent the whole time working on various projects. We see actors in 3 different movies opening the same week and wonder how they went from movie set to movie set, when in fact shooting for those 3 films happened at different times, production schedules vary from project to project and arrangements are worked out for actors to do their thing at specific times. So Gad is working on things away from France, and poof, we think he's dead. Typical.

+Stephen Meden Do you know that Moroccan comedian called "Tkayso aella siyed"?
@mohamedsordo23558 жыл бұрын
+jhon co you're right, Gad is Aramaic for Luck. El Maleh is a Moroccan/Andalusian expression. Jewish people used to live in neighborhoods of the old cities called El Mellah, and El Maleh comes from that. Source: I'm a Moroccan with Andalusian descent ;-)
@stephenmeden38058 жыл бұрын
+Mohamed Sordo ElMellah is a Moroccan term for the walled neighborhood.The first and the biggest one was in Marrakesh.

Pitchoulou c'est un peu ça quand même non ?
@TheBoitevide8 жыл бұрын

@tarekrahou65298 жыл бұрын
Who told about denying your country? You can be American and Tunisian. I even know people with 5 differents origins or nationalities as the same time! If you live 10 years in US, of course your identity will adapt itself but without denying or forgetting the original country where you came from...Your identity will be a mix of Tunisian AND American culture and way of thinking or whatever.. Nobody can forget its origins.. And sorry, i don't understand arabic.
