It's great to see X-Wing on this channel again. It feels like it's been forever. Not to take anything away from the card games, but watching miniatures maneuver around a board is just more entertaining than watching people lay cards down. Can't wait to see more!

In the next to last turn, Richard didn't K-turn his Rookie because the Rookie still had stress from the K-turn 2 turns previous. Love these commentaries and the stat graphics. Keep 'em coming, TC.

Yea its a type-o theres 2 X-WIngs and 2 B-Wings on both sides. I love to see these vids but they can do better with the editing and commenting.

Ok, I think I answered this myself. It was a Blue Squadron pilot, which can barrel roll before movement, with Advanced Sensors

In the overlay for the right player they've got the B-Wings listed as X-Wings. :) Great video though commentary and the UI is nice! :D

X-wing has very few dice rolls compared to games like Warhammer or Infinity. It's not even normal dice rolls most of the time, its easy to recognize symbols.

How did a Barrel Roll come before the Movement right at the end? Isn't this illegal? EDIT: Advanced Sensors. I did originally reply to this message, with this realisation, but also wanting TC to make upgrades clearer in their overlays, but that comment appears to have been removed or not saved properly.

Because of advance sensors. They clearly explain it at 5:11.

+DoctorMike Reddy I don't know how they could make it any cleared in the overlays. The image of the Advanced Sensors card is right there on the UI, overtop of each of the Dagger Squadron Pilots.

Great battle! The commentary is unfortunately mostly off topic and really distracting about what's going on. I'd much rather hear comments about the battle going on rather than would-be tactics that are not currently related to the battle the table.

Vassal is a program that allows tabletop games to be played online (those that have modules written for them anyway).

Someone HAS to play the Empire ships here. Rebel vs Rebel?? C'MON!! A GOOD tournament player should be able to develop comfortable tactics with EITHER side. This completely destroys the spirit of the game. Not only are these players playing the same side, they are essentially using the same ships. How is the versatility of the game showcased in a match like this?

Game down bud. This is one game in one tournie which happened to be a mirror match. What's important is the players with equal points play each other.

Calum Hay I agree, you can't be blind to ignore the beauty of the game! I think it's more than Star Wars lore brought to life on the table, but more like a complicated game of Chess. I love X-wing :)
