The last one was on point. I always suffer from social anxiety but moving or walking while talking with someone over the phone usually calms me. Hindi ko lang ma overcome pagiging kabado ko at all times lalo na pag in person ko kausap yung tao unless kaclose ko.

I am working for about 10yrs. At ang dami kong experience tungkol sa phone interviews so naparctice ko na ata lahat ng struggle sa phone call interviews. Additional advice, kung wala kang extrang phone, or phone number for business purposes tpos nag apply ka ng work at nag eexpect ka ng call from the compnay that you apply with. I advice every unknown number na tatawag sayo sagutin mo parin ng polite way or nang prepared mong spill para kahit papano maganda padin voice impressions sayo and napapractice mo yung sarili mo. Kaya lang minsan or usually ang marrcve mong tawag ay tungkol sa billing at pinag kakautang hahahaha so be patience! Nakakatuwa yung vlog, kasi parang na pipicture ko yung mga HR dati na natawag sakin tapos di ako ganun ka polite noon sa phone interview. Hahahaha

Ms. Lyqa! I thank you for this. I used all these for my first ever interview in my professional life. It resulted to a final interview the very next day for me! (While others waited for a week!) Binge watch Ms. Lyqa when you want to be prepared for your interview. My personal tip for you is that you remove in your mind the word "interview" but view it as a "meeting" with your possible employer. I can give out tips if you ask me in the comments, not because I'm an expert but because I just got "devirginized" with work interviews 😂 so the memories are fresh. Best of luck fellow Hunters.

@@ademantine7151 Hi thanks for asking, nakakatuwa naman, magoone yr na pala to -prayers, confidence and be prepared lang talaga but don't expect the next question kasi don tayo nablablank. -also, DO ask them sensible questions na related sa position na aapplyan mo. -Search about STAR Answer format. -Make it a normal conversation between you and the interviewer. -Sell yourself well, think how you can contribute to the company rather than kung makakapasa ka ba.think that you're offering help to the company with your strengths(in a humble way ofc), wag isipin Kung papasa ba or hindi, the right company will get you onboard, don't worry! -Lastly, Just take a deep breath before the interview, go for it! Hope you land the job balitaan mo kami ha? Hehe.

Hi, @@jamhardy1556 Medyo mahaba ito. 😅 Sa totoo lang, I failed my interview sa comment ko na yan. Na-down ako noon and I felt lost. Mahigit 1 year kasi akong walang trabaho at akala ko mapapasa ko na ang dream job ko. I took a break. Nanuod muna ako ng kdrama para hindi ko maisip ang sakit na rejected ako sa dream job ko. 🤣 Tapos nung medyo okay na ako, naghanap ako ng mga trabaho. Habang nag sscroll ako sa mga job posts, tinanong ko si Lord kung ano ba talaga ang para saakin. Tas after nun, naghanap uli ako sa job posts. May nakita akong WFH. So sabi ko sa sarili ko kung hindi ako pumapasa sa corporate edi try ko mag WFH at yun pala ang sagot ni Lord saakin. Nagkaroon ako ng 4 job offers these past months. Pero bago ko makuha yun, I failed a lot of interviews at ang dami kong inapplyan. Everyday ako nag apply noon. Immune na din ako sa rejection. Dati nahihiya pa ako sabihin sa family at kaibigan ko pag hindi pumapasa pero ngayon wala nalang sa akin. Ayos lang yun, sa bawat failure natin nilalapit tayo sa naka destined para saatin. Mas okay yung sinubukan dahil natututo tayo sa mga interviews. 😊 Pero update lang unemployed na uli ako sa ngayon.😭🤣 I’m not applying for jobs pa, nag aaral ako para i-upgrade at dagdagan ang skills ko. May times na I feel unmotivated ngayon pero ang ginagawa ko, iniisip ko yung goals ko. Sinusulat ko ang goals ko sa papel at naka-save sa phone. Binabalikan ko yun para bumangon uli. Wag tayong mawawalan ng pag-asa. If you can dream it, you can do it. May plano si Lord saatin. Nakaplano na yan lahat. Let’s take actions at ipakita na worthy talaga tayo to receive the blessings. I’m sure magkakaroon ka din ng work dahil napadpad ka sa video ni Coach. It shows na desidido kang matuto at magtagumpay. Kayang kaya mo yan. Naniniwala ako sayo. 😊✨🙏

Watching this after i got rejected sa phone interview. grabe, i know naman my capability, alam ko naman di ako masyadong fluent sa english but i can read and write and do simple english sentences, but still i struggle lalo na kapag oral na, kapag english conversation na, nabubulol at ambilis ko magsalita pero hindi naman ako ganun talaga, siguro dahil it is my first time na makaexperience ng interview din. I already knew that I won’t get hired by the tone of the HR’s voice - uninterested, low tone, parang gusto na nyang matapos yung questions pero kailangan namin mag go over kasi required. Alam ko ang dami ko din mistakes noon kasi kabado ako and unprepared. Pandemic ngayon at halos lahat na ng interviews nasa phone na. So expect ko na ganito din ang scenario. I went through multiple interviews already and I’ve been rejected many times. That’s why I’m here. I think it’s time for me to really learn the hows and be really prepared. nag try ako mag apply bilang call center agent and mostly puro phone interview sila nandun yung pag nakita ko sa screen unknown number, bigla na lang akong kinakabahan, tapos na memental block nako haha nauutal-utal nako sa pagsasalita, maybe dahil sa fresh graduate ako at walang experience kaya ganun pero na stress ako kaya tinigil ko muna baka di lang talaga to para sa akin. baka need ko pang pag-aralan muna hays. -SKL as for now, na nonood na muna ako ng mga tips at videos about BPO's. pero kinakabahan pa din ako mas lalo di ako fluent sa English. IDK nakakaintindi naman ako kaso pag nasa scene nako parang ang dilim na ng paligid ko tapos dinig na dinig ko yung kaba ko. ako lang po ba ang nakakaranas nito hehe.. -SKL

I feel you. Two times na akong nereject ngayon dahil nagstutter talaga ako kapag nagsasalita ng english pero wag lang tayo tumigil. Fresh grad din ako at wala pang experience. Don't lose hope lang. We'll get through this. Keep going.

One tip is that to feel confident and if you ever feel intimidated because you don't have any experience on BPO, take this phrase that " an expert agent were once a newbie." No one becomes so good in the first place. Keep trying and learning, don't be afraid of mistakes because someday that will be your biggest asset by the way I also don't have an experince at all but hired by one company. Hope you'll pursue and keep pushing until you succeed and work in this industry.

I remember the first time I got a phone interview, I was so shocked and unprepared cause the time they called is the exact day I just applied for their company. Who knows they can call me that fast 😭 I mean that wasn't even a day? So, now I stopped searching for a job , not until I finished preparing myself for another interview, either phone or over meetings. So thank you for this coach lyqa.. I bet this would help me a lot especially that I'm socially anxious and nervous type of person. Hoping to get employed soon 🙏
