Weirdly enough, the old, out-of-date snowmobiles from the early 2000s that sell for $1k-$2k really excel at this sort of track. They are significantly lower and more rear biased for powering out of corners. With the right track and skis they let you use a much faster, smoother rally style cornering technique. The old 3 cylinders also don't lack for power even compared to brand new machines. They don't jump anywhere near this machine, but they are pretty incridble through the corners.

my dad used to have a early 2000s mach z, it sounded insane with an aftermarket exhaust and tune, and was very fast. Heavy beast that you didn't want to get stuck with, but once you would hold the gas it was pretty scary. Nowadays he has modern machines made for convenience and lugging stuff around, and they're great and really smooth but they're not as exciting. 90s and 2000s were wild for snowmobiles.

I bet a '99 Ski doo Mxz 700 would actually be faster, just because it's built for this sort of riding more than that modern rs. Looks like fun!

I’d love to see you test a Can-Am Ryker Rally Edition…..and show if it really will rally!

this is nostalgic i had a big ass snow mobile from the 70s or early 80s i use to treat like this when i was like 10 years old in the mountains.

my dad bought my brother and I an old beat up skidoo from the 70s that we could just do anything with since it was too slow to be super dangerous. We had so fun with that machine, it had no more thread so we would drift it around everywhere.

Funny. But the real answer is: No, since it is not allowed on public roads. In rallying, you need that ability for the transport stages.

Have you ever watched a rally? most vehicles aren't street legal
@LethalSpine Жыл бұрын
@@ianhenderson3491 It's quite literally part of the rules that all the vehicles need to be street legal. Those license plates on them aren't just for show

That was slow.. if i took a old zr 800 i would go harder. Lower center of gravity and more torque
