I'm little surprised that athletes dont pace more since it keeps blood flow on muscles and all byproducts from hard exercises travel away and muscles get new nutrients and also moving muscles they dont cramp.

This is the first time that I’m not happy with who won the Open. It just seemed like the point system was off. Tia had an awful day 1 and pretty much went from 8th to 1st in one day. As for Justin…love him as a competitor but how can you be “fittest on earth” when you didn’t win a single event. I know the haters are gonna say it’s a collective effort, but you’re basically saying that someone was more fit than you at every event lol. It’s one of those things that it’s not a problem until it becomes a problem. Idk, this year seemed a little off. Hope they get it together next yr
