Chin up my dude! I just competed in my second powerlifting meet this past weekend and experienced a similar day. I'm a 227.3kg deadlifter and after adding 2.5kg to my squat and bench meet PRs, I rushed my warm-up for the deadlift and only pulled 215kg. I too am hungry and going for the State Records in NY in my age group!! We got this!!!

After 7 years in CF, I made the transition to WL as a 50+ master back in 2017 and I had all the same experiences you had on the platform for a first time-keeping mentally strong on the second snatch, changing my dip on the jerk.
