Marisol is legit my favorite rookie. She has great knowledge, excellent promos, smart trash talk, fun gimicks. I love the blindfold into handwrap, the legal jokes, and the overall attitude. The way she responded to Sneider was so good. Marisol might not have as many wins as Coyote, or the hype of Barbarian, but she should get some ROTY votes. It's a very strong rookie class, that is for sure.

Match of the year!! Stood up and cheered so hard when Odd Couple won! Great job from both teams but a part of me wanted to see Adam bleed a bit. Very curious to see where Marisol goes next year. If Shannon can only keep 3, I think she's keeping Mike, Chance and Collins. And there's no way Marisol doesn't go in the first round of the draft. Could this be the last time we see Deception??

Smart use of the Challenge in Round 3 by the Odd Couple

It felt a little BS though since it's really the only elegant descriptor for an imaginary holiday like the unbirthday. Saying "birthdays aren't holidays" is 1)- not true, lots of birthdays are holidays. And 2)- it's not a birthday, that's the point, it's an "unbirthday", it's literally NOT your birthday. "But it's not a holiday" Yes, it's an absurd made up holiday. Not a national holiday, not a personal birthday, not a different event being celebrated, like the superbowl or an election, the only thing being celebrated is the day itself... like a holiday. But it's intentionally an absurd holiday, it's arbitrary and insane. There's no other label you could give it without giving it away that would have made the Android remember it. If he knew it, simply saying who is celebrating, referencing the scene, should have revealed it. He said if they said song... yes but the song is just singing the event itself, the event is what the question is about.

@@ravissary79 I would've simply said unbirthday since that's the weird universe of Alice in Wonderland, but I guess it would've been better if they said fictional holiday like doubledipper28 said. After watching the scene, it's never explained or defined as a holiday. I think birthdays only become holidays depending on the significance of the person. And also after doing some research, it's explained as an event which you used twice to describe it other than a holiday. It could've gone either way.

I just love the teamwork with both teams, but especially with Deception with only two matches under their belt. You can tell Adam really wants Marisol to shine and it's pretty awesome to see. I was really rooting for Deception to win, but with them losing, it makes the faction race that more interesting.

Yeah, in light of that I WISH they pushed it, would have been a juicy reversal of fortune. It might have put the damper on their challenge-happy instincts. The Odd Couple are way too quick to abuse challenges, as a bully mechanism. Getting it thrush back at them might have been a nice counterbalance to that tendency.

As soon as that Alice in Wonderland question was asked, I personally would have challenged it. As it could have been referring the 1951 animated version or the 2010 live-action version. And I for one am glad that Sneider challenged it as soon as he spoke after Andreyko answered. Well done Odd Couple, there's a reason why you are one of my favourite teams in the Schmoedown, and that Meryl Streep correction by Sneider on Andreyko's answer, is why.

Now this was a titanic match. It had everything that makes the schmoedown great, and the play stood out heads and shoulders over everything. The Odd Couple reaffirmed that they're a championship caliber team. Their play was stellar, their communication was on point, their challenge was brilliant. Andreyko not missing a question combined with Sneider continuing to play at the top of his game are really tough to beat. Plus, this is probably the second best Roxy managing game I've seen from her this season; as she was all over that challenge. I hope founding fathers take care of business, I really want to see Sneider vs Murrell in some way shape or form. Tough loss for Deception today, but they still played at championship level. Collins is human after all. Him missing 2 questions in a row seemed unheard of going into the match; but now he's 'only' an elite player as opposed to this mythical being the rest of the league cowers before. This is probably the worst possible news for Dan at spectacular because now Collins only has to focus on one match as opposed to two. Marisol was really good today too and did a good job overall fending off Sneider's antics. Plus, both of them played off of their opponents much better today than in round one. I don't envy Shannon's decision between having to (potentially) break up Korruption or Deception

I agree with Shannon, Deception is putting the league on notice. They are scary. I can't wait to see more of them. Marisol is just as good as Adam in trivia one reason why they are a great team. Scary when both players on one team are "A" players. Cant wait to see more of them. Odd Couple played great and good luck on your next match. I think that this shows Murrell’s path to retaining. Keep it close and make Collins answer his 5 pointer. It doesn’t guarantee success, but it shows a clear method and no one plays round 3 (5) like Murrell.

As much as I like Final Exam, I would much rather see all old school players in the finals. The Rocha/Sneider rivalry is a great story line. Andreyko and Murrell have a friendly rivalry. We've never seen the GOAT of teams face the GOAT of singles.

Some challenges are controversial, some are just for upsetting the opponents (i.e. the Daniel Day Lewis question), but the Alice one was truly on point. First thing that came to my mind was, "oh, unbirthday... wait, that´s not a holiday"... it was a completely misleading question. Good for them for challenging it. Awesome match!
