Imagine- you or your loved ones got injured heavily- during a normal day, totally unexpected. Their wellbeing or even your life depends on these bikers to regulate trafic in a fashion that you arrive to the shock room in time and noone else got injured during the ride.... Thanks to all of you for riding like a pro!

We talk about “man and machine” but the moment the police officer enter his motorcycle that ends,then it becomes one unit, making them perform such a formidable job,escorting the ambulance with it’s patient to the hospital in a quick,smooth and safe way. Excellent teamwork.

Fantastisch team work.

+Re wan Most other times it's just the front bikes saying which lanes to take when nearing an intersection. Or to lookout for speed bumps along the way. The commander bike (directly in front of the ambulance) states how fast the ambulance is going and the colour of the traffic lights they are nearing and how far they are from the nearest bike/intersection.
@RewanHelvetius
@RewanHelvetius 8 жыл бұрын
Unkel Dolan thank you but i was aware that he is doing that. what i ment is that i would like to understand it so i can get a better picture of the background stuff behinde the blue lights ^^ in switzerland we don't have convoys like this and some of the "big citys" are still way to small to warrant something like this so its verry interesting to see it. but it would paint a better picture if i would be able to see all the colours :) as in understand the communication and terminology behind it.
@Partyaap050
@Partyaap050 8 жыл бұрын
Re wan Oh well it's nothing that special really. Just a way to transport an ambulance without it having to brake or accelerate rapidly. It provides a smooth ride in the dense cities. It usually involves a transport from one hospital to another hospital. Because one maybe has a better expertise in something specific that the patient needs. So the routes are mostly the same and pre-set. Afterwards the ambulance driver and the police bikes reflect on the ride. What went wrong and what went good, what could've done better etcetera. Nothing more to it than that really. It's a very basic but effective workplan.
