@@SuperPulseadasArmwrestling #1 Time to heal. Give yourself time. #2 Slow rehab exercises. I rotate my neck in various directions. I also get intramuscular stimulation (needling) done at physiotherapy to help relax tense soft tissue. #3 Light weight strengthening exercises. I also use a heating pad to help increase blood flow to the area which carries essential healing properties. Finally: Time. I said it at the beginning but it is essential to proper healing. @@RoughRiderz thank you very much for helping me :) i hyperextended my neck and after 1 day i started getting a sore and painful neck , i thought i had an extension tear drio fractire because of my hyperextension , but after 2 days im pain free again , luckily heheh , thank u again for helping me , and maybe some people watching this video could get help from your tips :)
