Thank you doctors. I would be very pleased if you can answer my question. I’ve had under eye filler two times, first one is in 2018 and the second one is in 2021. I was ok with the results then this year I wanted to try mesotherapy (polynucleotides -nucleofill) to under my eyes. Now I have both swollen and sunken and puffy eyes. It doesn’t go away. Does radiofrequency make a difference? Should I try this or is the only way to treat this area with hyaluronidase?

Sometimes it take a while for puffiness to reduce post polynucleotide up to 2 weeks. If it is beyond this time period an assessment with ultrasound imaging will be required with potential treatment with hyaluronidase. Radiofrequency does not make a difference with dermal filler
