I’m currently trying to improve my severe acne scars. So far I’ve had: 0.1% Tret once daily 3 x Polynucleotide treatments 2 x Subscision treatments 6 x Thilium laser treatments 3 x Profhilo treatments 2 x RF Microneedling 2 x CO2 laser treatments I was thinking to do one last course of Polynucleotide treatment after the last CO2 laser to support the ongoing repair of the scar tissue. Would you recommend Suneokos instead?

Sure, my favourite injectable is Sunekos, by far. For the other products you mentioned, I would guess that they only or mainly make collagens 1 and 3 only, and they work mostly or only by inflammation rather than physiology. I may be wrong but asking the companies would help distill the answer. If I'm right, they're about the same as everything else on the market, for me.

@@Dr_Abs What about people that are prone to swelling from HA? I had a delayed onset inflammatory reaction to Restylane Silk. Almost two years after getting it into my tear troughs I am still dealing with swelling, so I am hesitant to get anything with HA in it. I have heard that HA fillers really aren't great for people with allergies especially. Would Sunekos be different?

You cant avoid HA - it's already in your skin. You had a reaction to a filler / filler brand. Sunekos isn't a filler so you'll be fine. Look up the difference between cross linked and non-cross linked HA and you'll see why there's 0% risk of sunekos giving you a similar problem.

Sunekos makes the proteins it does and in the quantities it does. As far as I'm aware, Jalupro can't match bot that and the patents. Personally I think the addition of things lke CaHA in products in general is a gimmick because it still doesn't change the types of collagen produced (1 & 3).

I'd say there's no occlusion risk because nothing is crosslinked. I've accidentally had it in a vessel under the eye before and nothing happened.

It's not really a valid question - they are both used. Part of using it is understanding how different HAs have different functions. Then you use that understanding to diagnose which are needed for that particular patient and treatment plan.
