Thanks for the video, i got mine fresh off amazon, led works, it charges the devices, but i can't manage to get signal on any of the type ports, the macbook air m1 8 picks is devices connected on usb a, and gets power, but no signal, the hdmi cable works fine, tried with my Samsung s20, and same status, charge works, usb a works, but no HDMI signal

Something worries me, I used a voltage test key on the end of the Baseus 25w Charger cable and the light came on. Does anyone know if this is normal or explain?

Could you do review/teardown of the Kovol Sprint 140w (model KV-PC019) or the UGREEN Nexode 140w (model CD289)? Both of them claim to do PD 3.1 140w charging from single USB-C port. I bought the Kovol one but your KM003C tester shows it as only PD 60w. Also, amazing channel. Liked and subbed.

@@ChargerLAB No problem. The Kovol charger only showed PD 60w without any cable connected. Once I connected a USB 4 240w cable to the other end, KM003C showed the Kovol charger capable of PD 3.1 140w as expected. Thanks!!

What’s the HDMI port for on a charger?

its like a dock. Think of it like the Nintendo switch dock. you connect it to the dock using the USB C port and it connects to a TV and charges the switch at the same time. Similarly for this but it can work for things like your Laptop or the steamdeck. Connect the USB C cable of the charger to your laptop's USB C port and if a monitor is connected to the HDMI port, it will be connected to your laptop as an external display :D
