I believe tear down is better overall in terms of destruction physics and momentum with damage, but brick rigs has more availability for some more accurate models with angles, etc.

There's this one titanic in the workshop of brick rigs I forgottenits name but it had and a full interior and was so big you had the assemble all the different sections/parts together by connectors. Oh yeh I remember it was rocketshotguns new big 1.1 scale titanic.
