It's going to over heat again in 5min if you do not clean it! There is a red plastic filter inside the canister that you need to clean all of the hair off of or it will keep on overheating!

I would get rid of this and invest in a miele vacuum. They have amazing filtration and clean really well.

They should have an access panel with a strain relief inside, and 3 wire nuts. Cord-replacement is an hour job instead of 5 minutes, making cheaper to buy a new vacuum rather than getting it replaced. Maybe they did that on-purpose to sell more vacuums!

Just get a shop vac , slap a bag on it ,also slap a Turbohead to it and you got yourself a tough vacuum

Too difficult. Maybe I got what I paid for! It cleans floors and common rugs, ut have a thick white wool rug and I think that's the problem that it gets stuffed with fiber.

if i remember, there is only one screw holding the handle on and two clips, it's been awhile since i took it apart. good luck
