Are you talking about the 'key' the piece of music is in, or the run approximately 1:12 into the video. They initial key is a minor, before it gets heavily into c minor. Then the last 15 seconds are in b minor. The run is based on the notes of E flat Major.

Thank you very much. I take a lot of pride in my arrangements. Apart from playing the piano - it's the only thing I really really want to master. I find a lot of arrangements are usually composed for the average player which is great, but I want to make sure my arrangements are good enough for Recital or Concert repertoire. Did what I could to combine as many instrumental parts into just 2 hands. :)

While I don't fully understand the legality of selling arrangements. Aren't you allowed to self-publish them? There's a Japanese guitarist that sells sheet music for his arrangements. And I'm not aware of any affiliation to the companies that own the right to the music.

His KZbin account is "Lonlonjp". He usually links to a Japanese site where you purchase the transcription. Though I'm not a hundred-percent sure I think the site might be a little akin to Ebay or something- but for sheet music. It's a little hard to tell when it's in Japanese. I've purchased a few of his transcriptions. But I'm not sure how active he is anymore.
