Honestly, the duet version completes the song for me. Not only that, it makes it better because Taeyang is able to showcase a whole lot more of his voice because he didn't have to sing all the verses. He could add adlibs and little flairs of his own. And of course, she's very impressive! Her voice fits the song perfectly and she did really and she wasn't afraid to make it her own with her vocal and stylistic choices.

the duet version somehow changed the meaning of the song, it has become a sort of breakup song to me. Both are great!

I really enjoyed your reaction. You truly appreciate Taeyang's talent, unlike some youtube channels that only ride the bandwagon without respecting Big Bang, who has been the king of K-pop for over 15 years. For me, taeyang singing style is quite simple, but he has very nice tone, eargasm to me, many said he lacks of technique but he compensates that with his attractive vocal n unique style, so for me he's the best singer

I think he does have technique. He spent years having vocal coaching before his debut. He controls his breathing so well. Only singers with technique can still sing so well whilst running around on stage, jumping in the air etc. as well he does. Also to produce the emotion in the voice and to use falsetto so well.

@@Em-ah of coz i also think he has a decent technique but u know many vocal experts said otherwise....so i just relayed what they said before...one thing for sure, music experts still acknowledge him as one of korean best vocalist

Your reaction is priceless!!! I also discovered our gorgeous and beautiful Taeyang for this video of Fantastic Duo. When I first heard it I said OMG who is this guy? His voice!!! And well, he's so handsome!! So, I started to search more about him, about his music and that's when I knew he is a member of BigBang!!! I totally fall in love of him and all the members of BigBang, they're awesome!!!! As solo artists, as a sub-unit and as a group. For me they will always be the Best Kpop group ever!!! They change for ever the definition of how a kpop group should be in all aspects!!

This is the thing about Bigbang - newer kpop group fans know their reputation but dont understand, or try their hardest to dismiss it as them only getting respect cause theyre older, but once you get into them a bit, you just unpeel more and more LAYERS, to everything about them and reason they have the respect they have among the Korean GP
