I was a teenager in the '80s and adored Tears for Fears. It's awesome to see they're still performing at the very high level that they always have. This song is a timeless classic for a reason. 38 years after its release and it still sounds fresh and exciting. Perhaps it's an old man thing to say, but it geniunely sounds better to me than any of the modern songs in the Top 40 charts today. You'll note that at least 3 to 4 other people had something in their ears too. Notice at live concerts you attend there will be speakers (monitors) facing the band members at the front of the stage.
