The VEOX cleaning valve is a patented solution. It enables 360° watering inside a tank or duct.
Rotation of the nozzle (or pierced plug) in 8 sequences guarantees effective cleaning, thanks to crossing jets covering the entire perimeter of the tank, including the sides and front, with a single valve.
The retractable washing nozzle is flush with the tank, avoiding any retention zone in the liner. It does not impede the movement of equipment inside the tank.
Installation is simple and safe, with no need to enter the tank.
Maintenance can be carried out quickly (20 minutes) on the table, thanks to the reduced number of joints.
Uninstalling the valve is fast, simple and equally secure, thanks to the clamp collar.
Rotation of the pierced plug eliminates the need for multiple nozzles with different holes. The valve's nominal diameter reduces water and cleaning agent consumption. Cleaning time is optimized; quantification study in progress.
The solution requires the installation of a single valve, unlike existing solutions on the market, which require a minimum of 2 valves.
This valve has been developed in accordance with current regulations, in terms of hygienic design and the state-of-the-art in mechanical design.
It meets CE standard requirements.
