That's not Perrin's arm. I think that's the blacksmith who took over after Perrin left. Doesn't mean he can't take over again though.

I suppose thats a possibility 🤔 but I think it would be a waste to not have Perrin forge the hammer. It would strengthen his connection to it & his journey

I may be wrong, but the blacksmith making the axe has a somewhat more Caucasian colouring than Marcus.
