That sucks that your order got messed up, I wish Amazon had better support. I'm trying to figure out what could be causing the pixelation in your video, i'm thinking it could be your editing software. What software are you using?

Hi Matheson. I have no doubt that it is a combination of lightworks (free version) and my massively out dated hard wear (my pc really struggles to process the videos). However that will be changing soon as I have a new laptop in the way that is going to pack a lot more punch and I'm currently looking at editing solutions. Would you have any recommendations?
