Thanks for the video. I haven't been looking at the job postings for a few months but will have to change jobs soon, unfortunately still seems like mostly security/cloud/automation out there, very few Routing and Switching focused roles among those you've shown. Any tips for landing CCNA/CCNP NOC or NetEng roles is appreciated.

Appreciate the support and feedback, and yeah, the terms "ML, AI, automation, etc." are what they're going to throw in there, but I would say if you have the option and requirements to work for the government, that's always a good place to look for route/switch, as they're always in the field. Not sure which state/area you are in, but feel free to ping me at: andre.king81@gmail.com and I'll forward some things your way.

These recruiters are nit helpful. I just ignore them. And $16-21 lol

I hear ya, and yeah, it's one of those learning phases that we have to go through if we're in tech. When you're starting out, you definitely think each and every email/message is tailored to be sent straight to you (and a select few are), but again, it's just part of the learning that has to come with folks breaking into tech. I had okay experiences in my early days with the recruiting companies like KForce, Robert Half, etc., but the $16-21 role like I said is something someone taking a summer break for college, or brand new to tech could go for and cut their teeth in and seek higher paying roles. Pay is so subjective, and I try not to get into/harp on it too much, but yeah, I definitely hear ya.

Yeah, you're right, I pulled the trigger early on that one and jumped to conclusions because the inbox was getting hot. Still pretty brutal/tight out here and a lot of hiring freezes.
