Hi Melissa, on the new NX 350H F sport that I'm waiting for, floating brake discs are installed instead of the classic ones, by wire brake and steering system and electronically controlled shock absorbers. Could you make videos explaining their peculiarities and how to best use them? Thank you.

Hi! I'm sorry to hear that. Are you talking about the thematic ambient lighting in the door panels? Make sure you have Door Mode turned on and consider adjusting the brightness for the lighting feature. If that doesn't solve it, I would see your Lexus Service department so they can check it for you. Thanks for tuning in with me!

I'm waiting for a NX350H, not having a traditional gearbox, but an ecvt, is it possible to use the brake downhill without holding down the brake pedal, for example, going down a mountain?

Hi Keith from Canada😀, Not all models have puddle (welcome) lights on the back door handles. If the front are lighting up, but the back are not, then that is probably the case. If none of them are lighting up, then make sure you have Door Mode turned on the for interior dome lights. Those features are linked together. I hope this helps. Hi PJ, the Lexus RX hasn't changed to the new multimedia system yet. This will apply to the 2023 RX with Lexus Interface, but not previous years. Thanks so much for your question.
