Hi Ed! I am putting the finishing touches on my LX Deep Dive, it took months for one to be available for me to film in and it happens to come in when RXs were arriving. I will definitely be making an 23 RX Deep Dive, but it could be a month or so for me to film and edit in between my regular work responsibilities. Thank you for being on the look out. Hi, Jennifer! Yes, absolutely! I am plugging away at it. They take an enormous amount of time to film and edit, but I am making great progress. I work on them in between my normal day to day activities so it is a slow process, but I know everyone is very ready so I am trying to find every spare moment to get it finished. Hi Melissa, thanks so much for all your wonderful assistance. I'm sure I saw you show how to change the colour of the NX icon on the infotainment screen to the actual colour of the car i.e car colours come up where you scroll & choose. I've searched everywhere but I can't find it? Is this the case or is it my imagination? 😵‍💫 thanks again

No worries at all! There is so much to keep track of on these cars. That customization is in the settings for the 360 Monitor system. Here's the section for that feature: 1:58:13 Panoramic 360 View Monitor Thank you for all of your support and kindness!

Another great how to video! Could you tell me on an LX can l display on the infotainment screen an app that lets mean use a wireless camera view from my RV ? I have the app for the camera view on my IPhone will it sync with Apple car play? Then show on infotainment screen. Then Iif I plug in IPhone to usb port still have phone as well for navigating and phone calls.

Hi! Thanks for checking in. Unfortunately, not all apps are compatible with Apple CarPlay screen mirroring. They also do not allow video content like (not even KZbin) to mirror from the phone to the car screen since it is intended to support the driver while driving and it would be a safety issue. I have a 2022 NX350 but I don’t see any way to change climate settings in the app. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Hi! Thanks for your message. In the US, all 2022 NXs should have the Remote Climate feature. Please check in your app: Below the Start button > click on Remote & Sharing > that should open a menu of other compatible features "Climate" should be listed there. The changes you make will happen on the next remote start command. I hope this helps solve the mystery. Thanks for checking in.

Hi Melissa, in my new NX450 my wife can’t open her passenger door I.e it won’t respond till I open mine - is there a way to change this? I.e when I stop to let her out, unless I open my door she can’t open hers? Seems a little too protective to me. Thanks again fabulous Chanel 😊

Hey Mike, I've noticed that I have to press unlock before my son can open his door and the car like me to be in Park as well. Is that what you are experiencing also? Make sure you have Auto Unlock set to "By shift to Park" (Settings > Vehicle Customize > Auto Unlock > By Shift to Park) Hopefully that will help. Thanks again!

Do you know how to add a profile picture to Lexus profile? I have added a profile pic in my lexus app on my phone but the car doesn't show anything.

Hi! If you have added the picture in the app for your Account profile settings and it is not showing on the car in the settings menu or on the main screen at startup, you may want to refresh your Lexus app. I have seen that this can be intermittent though. Since everything is stored in the cloud and the data is not on the car itself, it is possible that it is just happening during a time of low connectivity. Make sure to do any updates that might be available for your car, the phone OS and the app. But you have the photo in the right place :) Thanks so much for checking in!

How to turn on rear seat vents in ES300h 2023?

Hi! Sounds like the S-Flow (Smart Flow for fuel economy) is turned on which means air will not flow to the back. On the main screen click on the Car icon from the Lexus Interface menu. Then click Climate. Then look for a small button on the screen toward the right that has a picture of a front passenger x back passenger. Make sure to turn that off. Then also check the dial in between the back vents to make sure they are all the way open. I hope this helps! Thanks for checking in !

that's useful tips for me. however, the Lexus app does not available in my country - Cambodia. i cannot download and connect to app. Lexus also does not have a local rep office. actually, it's a worldwide brand. the app should support all countries. sad to me.
