2023 Ford Explorer navigation not working correctly sometimes if a road have change or have been replace over 6 months ago it will tell me to turn down a road that no longer exist sync have been updated but the road is still showing on the the map . They replace the navigation it does the same thing seem like the map is not updated . Have any idea what I can do now talk to Ford and they say everything is up to date .

Nice video and informative. But how do you adjust/increase the SYNC 3 navigation system to alert you of a up coming turn off? Currently it alerts me at about 200 feet, would be nice if alerted me at 1000 feet. I have a 2018 Ford Edge SEL/AWD. 😎

It would be nice if you could install Tomton system or google maps all you see is the road with very limited information on side roads also the cursor is far too big, UK

Those are called waypoints, once you search for a destination you choose for it to be a waypoint.

3/25/2023 - the feature bar on my 2023 Mustang Sync 3 radio does not show the NAV app. Is the NAV app downloadable?

Is navigation included with sync3 or an additional charge.

Never heard a sat Nav voice read a road number as for example A five hundred and eighty three instead of A583

Is there a way to save “where I am “. To favorites based on the coordinates

probably not with coordinates, but if you are in that location you may be able to pin it and save it to favorites

when i type in an address some of the characters blank out and it does not allow me to type in the full address. What can I do to rectify this

Not sure but we have found putting in the phone number works really well.

One thing i hate about Sync 3. I might not know the city the street is in and I only have the address like "9705 Indianapolis Boulevard". It will not work without knowing the city. And also. The "Find an Intersection" never worked for me. I'm driving on say Cline Ave. and I know Ridge Road is up ahead. I name the 1st street "Cline Ave., then it asks for the 2nd street. I say "Ridge Road". 100% of the time it will tell me "No such intersection". It does that on every Intersection I try. Wish I would have saved the $1500 for the Navigation. Andrios Auto works perfect and not 1 problem and real simple to use.

Usually you would find that in the lock section of the vehicles settings in your productivity screen.
