An additional mandatory 10 year prison sentence for not stopping is another communist style act. Law enforcement has become as criminal as the real criminals they deal with day to day. I do agree that this stuff is designed to make stoping criminals less lethal but that's definitely a good thing if the criminal is unharmed then they're not taking up hospital space but you can also charge them quicker as well as prevent them from attempting to lay a charge against the officers involved for injuries to try and muddle any court cases.

They are not doing this because people are assholes. All this time & money is spent in case people figure out that they're being played & decide to team up to overthrow the oligarchs. They can't have that so they are militarizing the cops & giving them weapons for "crowd control" that won't kill everyone. After all you can't lord over & exploit the dead so they don't actually want everyone dead. You need people to whom you can pay peanuts to & who you can convince to spend their peanuts on your junk so all that money just comes right back to you. If you don't have that, you can't horde more resources.

I don't see any of these being used by law enforcement. First if you want nonleathal bullets they have rubber bullets for that but criminals don't use rubber and not one agency i know of uses these devices that stop runaway motorists.

Most of these Devices have been out for years, and I Have yet to see any Video police chases that use Any of these Good devices..
