This would be an upgrade in screen size and cameras, but I think my 2018 LG V30 Plus still has the better Antutu score, more ram and more storage. Phones like this keep my comfortable in sticking with my old flagship a little longer. Still, not a bad price for what you get if you are looking for a big screen and decent camera set up

But will Umidigi have software updates? A few years ago, smaller brands like Umidigi hardly released software updates. Even new Android versions never got onto the devices. At least with Xiaomi, you know there is a big community for support whether their own software updates or alternative roms.

In terms of balance built, i vote for redmi note 8 or redmi note 8 pro, it's because of the ipx water resistant in rn8pro and also clear speaker feature in rn8 and also the durability of gorilla glass 5 at the front and back, and don't forget the speaker is gorgeous and loud for the rn8, if you want to choose between rn8 and rn8pro, rn8pro has bigger battery and it is faster and also has ipx water resistant but it gets hot faster and has liquid cooling, and for the rn8 it has a clear speaker/the speaker cleans itself while playing music or go to settings, and it does not get hot faster, and also i has a balance built as i said so its up to you guys

I have been using my Umidigi Power 3 for the past 7 months (since August 2020) AND I am ready to replace it! Pros: Great battery, good screen, good price, plenty of features. Cons: Weak reception so not ideal for rural areas, no android updates, bug with sound, fragile (dropped it from 50cm in a case but screen cracked right through the front camera rendering it useless). Opinion: This is not a Samsung, Nokia or Huawei, it is a USD$170 second tier Chinese phone, and you are getting exactly that PLUS a hefty opportunity cost. If you can afford $50 more; get a Samsung A series or similar.

Cons: -Camera, bad software optimization. -Bluetooth problems, need to restart the phone for disconect problems. -Other sensors are very bad calibrated or working bad.
