Update: I built the PC! It’s so fast and runs Minecraft shaders on max settings! I even play Vivecraft with it! (3080/5600x)

i have ryzen 5 5500 and xfx rx 6700 xt with allmost same modpack built on curseforge with fps around 60 with 30 -1% on 4k and i have patrix x128 and complementary unbound shaders. good video. enjoyed it :)

You shouldn't ever move the memory allocation for minecraft that high. Considering this modpack, you can get away with allocating 4-6gb of ram to it without ever having problems. If there is a problem of stuttering, just add 1 - 2gb extra to the allocation, but what you did was basically say to minecraft it can use all of your ram, which will kill the garbage collector and cause more stutters than a smaller and conservative memory allocation, as too much memory allocation is a common problem in minecraft. You'll also be stuttering your system with Minecraft trying to use as much of that ram, as it has currently 0mb of memory free to use if Minecraft reaches the 32gb limit, which will start paging your memory (trying to utilize your hdd / ssd as a ram substitute, which does not work without huge stutter)

Respect the grind. I used to run an old intel i5 (I couldnt tell you the model and it was before I got into PCs), but I recall having the RX 380. Was a brilliant GPU to get me into pc gaming back in the day

Fact he didnt know what a core mod shows he does not mod Minecraft. Still good video, but i find curseforge to be a better mod loader.
