For the case when Rc >>T/2 , in second half of output cycle ,how can you discharge capacitor fully. In steady state(meaning after few cycles), graph should look a bit different then what you drawn. Plz correct me if I'm wrong.

RC means the product of the value of Resistor in series and the value of the Capacitor. T means time period of the input signal.
