Thanks bro, I too had a lot of issues with Windows 10 most importantly the sad battery life and sluggish performance. Windows phone 8.1 is no doubt the best for our Lumia phones.

You are right !!! Sometimes i feel its time to say goodbye to Windows phone. I dont want to use Android but Microsoft pushing us to switch on Google so have no option. Every month i cant do Hard reset again and again same procedure....huhhhh.

Are you using a university/school/office internet? seems like something is blocking the tool's internet access.. try it on another computer maybe?

Bro you need a PC to install Windows Phone 8.1 back on to Lumia... or you can go to service center and ask them to downgrade to 8.1 but as you already know in India service center people know nothing and are not helpful.

Not really.. Whatever contacts you've backed up while on Windows 10 mobile will be lost since windows 10 backup isn't compatible with Windows phone 8.1.

Downgraded but microphone not working - typical Microsoft so no surprise! Windows 10 upgrade is awful you loose the very useful ability to text via voice and you lose Here drive+ Crazy!

Had to downgrade our Lumia 640 cells because Win 10 was very buggy and sluggish. Hopefully Microsoft will fix Win 10 mobile and support easy porting of Android apps to Win 10, but then again this may be a dead topic for MS...? Thanks for the video too!

My display was draining battery like crazy. About 70% battery was being used by Display despite being on low brightness, glance screen on, and minimum usage.

I'm using the beta builds and MS has fixed quite a bit in WIN10. The feedback options are invaluable. They finally fixed the SMS issues too!

Strange because we don't have that issue. Have you checked which apps are draining the battery most? Try turning off GPS high accuracy and BT, and WiFi (if you're away from WiFi signal).

My battery usage shows that Display is draining 72% of the battery, with system at 22% and wifi at 13%. The NFC is off, GPS is off, battery saver on, tap to wake off, glance screen off, and brightness on low. The only app I use is WhatsApp, haven't been using Facebook or any third party app. I did a factory reset, and did not restore the back up to start fresh, yet the problem persists. It shows that the Display is sucking the most battery, I am unable to understand what's the issue!
