Actually , service center believe in replacement rather than repair. That's why they don't opt to repair any technical faults that the customers are face after some mishandling the device.

You can't blame service centre as the name mentioned is services so they don't basically repair they just swap the damaged parts with original genuin parts to save time and headache. Now coming to repair point, if service centre start repairing like he does then there would be disaster from customer since repairing will fail your devices at some point since it will be done at large scale so some may last long some may not and have to come to service centre again which will be headache to the customers so, they go with replacement option. Also if they repair some parts that part will likely or unlikely fail some day and if that happen you will blame their work for which they cannot afford to lose your trust ghats why they don't repair.
