Its saying the clip is insufficient. It's not working, i've been at my project for hours and cant seem to get it to look good because of this.

make sure it says "to here" "from here" or "centered here" it needs to be the correct one for the scenario

You've got to get your "from here" and "to here" correct. If that is correct and it still doesn't work, you selected more frames than you have available. Reduce the amount of frames.
