Hello, I bought this product and detected that when the no-break is turned off, all items connected to the Surge modules keep energized, only the items connected on the surge+battery modules does not have energy... It's expected ? For example.. If you connect a tv on the Surge modules,, whit the no-break in off mode, TV is able to power on... I appreciate your feedback.. Thank you

I just got one of these and it stinks like burning electrical acid and plastic... unusable in my office so Im returning it, but im curious if you got any smell from the UPS's you have tested?

Hey man great video! And no I really mean it I am not a bot. I doubt I will be ordering this UPS(I do not order from amazon since I am on other side of the world) but my office of around 10 computers could use new UPSes especially with display as that is what got my attention. it does but it's very quiet and hard to hear. If your talking about the beeping it makes it has a mute button

I was wondering if you could look at the same UPS for support of media systems like TV, home security etc... I had a question on whether or not to hook up the Ethernet cable or not. Second question was how much hooking up the Ethernet cable would slow down my TV/computer speeds.

Hey - yep this will work find for those. If there's a power outage, all connected devices will continue to run and when the UPS runs out of battery, they will just have their power cut to them. Thats a good question - I wouldn't expect much of a drop off but to be honest, but there's not a lot of benefit for using them either so if you find that there is a bigger hit that you would like - I would just not use them and plug directly into your devices. Hope this helps!
