I'm skeptical of the MOD locking bottoms of these bags. I could see those plastic locking bits grinding off on pavement, making it difficult to lock.

I prefer the Klein tool bag, but.....I saved over $50 and ended up going with the 16inch Husky tool bag (made up of the same 1680 weave). Good enough for DIY.
