I don't understand the good comments here, for me: - the lumbar support is too big (even at the first position) and it hurts my back (I can't bend that much) - the buttons for fan and heater is badly positioned, I accidentally turn on the heater every time I seat - the seat is too small, there is a big gap between my legs and the seat - the armrests are too low and too forward, impossible to bring them back to where my arms actually are - the fan makes a lot of noise when I move - the reclining function does not recline the seating area, only the back, so when it is reclined, I am sliding forwards And way too much expensive for what it is
