If you don’t have the solution to remove the flex on the old screen you can just heat up the front of the screen to loosen the adhesive

Yes Incepl and lcd eBay sells them and mobile sentrix has them in bulk

This is a lcd the NCC it’s terrible on anything above iPhone 11. Need to at least use oled

could you not just buy a used good grade iPhone 13 screen on ebay then just swap them ?

Isn't that the point? I'm not sure I understand. But I'm a 16 year old. I buy iPhone for like 130 dollars used. Buy in original screen (People don't care if it's original or not) that cost 25 dollars. Then i sell it for 240-250. And it only takes like 40 min to replace. The hard thing is getting a phone with destroyed screen to good price.
