What's the difference between buying only the glass and the ones that say LCD , OLED and things for the like?

Oled are higher quality, they stop screen burn in, lcd are the cheaper option but you can risk screen burn in

i did this and now my phone wont start lol ... it powered up before i replaced the screen but now it will charge and the display lights up when the charger is plugged in.... any ideals? trying to reset it doesnt work...
