Welcome to Gebo Machinery Channel. This video introduce our QT10-15 automatic block machine in details with new update.
On the vibration system, we install 4 pcs vibration motor
And each vibration motor has 3 pcs triangle belt.
Compared with 2pcs vibration motor, 4pcs vibration motor has more even vibration force.
It will be faster in material spreading and it will be faster in forming.
And the blocks will be more stronger.
For this machine, we add up synchronous rack.
And we also add the down synchronous rack.
So when the machine is working, it is more stable.
In order to make the machine has more power and fast working speed,
we use big size hydraulic cylinder.
And big size hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump.
This press head steel plate, we use 40mm.
Now let me measure the vibration table steel plate thickness.
Here we also use 40mm steel plate.
On block receiver, we add a rolling brush.
This rolling brush, use same motor with block receiver.
And it can brush the blocks smooth in surface.
The brush height can be adjusted according to the block height.
The hydraulic motor is 22 kilowatt.
Most companies use 18.5 kilowatt.
The hydraulic pump we use Calyca brand and we use 94.
Most companies use 85.
The big size hydraulic pump has higher flow.
So it is faster in working.
For all the hydraulic parts we use Calyca brand.
And here we use double proportion valve.
Now I will introduce you the difference between double proportion valve and single proportion valve.
For single proportion valve if you set hydraulic cylinder work in low speed.
It will have low power.
That means for single proportion valve, low speed means less power.
But the advantage of double proportion valve is that you can set the cylinder work in low speed with big power.It will not get stuck.
