Push Press is pre cursor to jerk, and a lot of lifters make the mistake of not using legs but muscling up the Kettlebell .If you correct your form you can lift heavy loads and last longer. Push Press is an important compound movement and coaches should learn this movement correctly in order to teach the members .Stay strong & lift Kettlebells.
