I really like the mr920 with threaded barrel. It has all the benefits of the mr920L, but less weight, and you can put a non threaded barrel in it and bam normal mr920. That's one of the big pluses to threaded barrels in my opinion. You get the extra performance of the longer barrel but you're not committed to that size slide if you don't want.

He meant invest in an L. Recoil impulse is totally different than a 19 with a threaded barrel. I like my L better than my regular MR920

The MR920L elite with threaded barrel is my favorite and I don’t even own yet. Lol. I’d also love to see a MR920LP version one day. 😉. What has really grabbed my attention in wanting your products are that “if” a true self defense situation has happened and I’ve been cleared of all but the gun is confiscated y’all will replace it! I really can’t wait to purchase a MR920L elite with threaded barrel!!!

What’s the best way to keep that thread protector tight? The o ring doesn’t quite cut it.

You have to really squish the o ring down for it to give the friction necessary to keep the thread protector in place. Hand tighten it as hard as you can against the o ring and it should stay put.
