I want to share my personal experience in addition of this , i also started my career as a php developer in one of the reputed company in Noida but later I realised that the php developer doesn’t gets much importance in that company and at the time of appraisal node developer and other app developers gets good increment but the php developer gets increment similar to the testers, so from that I decided to switch my profile and become a Node developer but that was not easy to switch profile within the company but luckily i got a project in which both php and node was used so i got the opportunity to learn node there and then later I decided to switch the company and started searching job in MEAN stack and then i got the job with more than 80% hike , so based on my personal experience in PHP you will surely get the job but you will not get that much importance as Node or Js developer gets.

Well according to me if you are really interested in python then go for Machine learning or Artificial intelligence Data Analytic as it has better scope in future as well as in current market, you can continue working in Django and side by side start exploring these fields also connect with your seniors and colleagues to find out the right path for that.

bhai 2 saal pehle realize hua tha ki php mai future nahi, maine job chooda and nodejs/react kiya 2 months.Fir strictly nodejs k liye join hua , 25k sal mili. uske bad nodejs mai thoda in detail study kiya. hapi/express/sequilize/GraphQL . 13-14 month job ki fir next job 40k ki mili oo bhi 5-6months ki. last month fir job change ki javascript mai thoda deep study kiya n MNC mai job mili 75k sal mai. abhi competitive programming kr raha hu product based mai entry leni hai 1.5 years k andar. (maine abhi tk graduation nahi ki)

Like koi youTube channel, udemy course Or anything else jaga pe 4-5 project bnaye ho n us technology ke fundamentals clear kiye ho fir, use blindly follow kro shuru mai kuch smj mai nahi ayega but jb 2-3 projects bnaoge chize clear hongi and make sense kregi. Bs vahi projects ko modify kro n interviewer ko dikhao ki tumne ye projects bnaye hai.
