I've just bought one, and I was surprised that they say that you will have 24bit 96khz, and when I go to developer mode in my Xiaomi 11T PRO, the sampling is set to only 48khz. And I CANT set it to 96khz, even if my phone support LHDC 4.0 it resets back to 48khz, someone please help, what should I do?

Some people have hearing conditions that require them to crank the volume up, so some overhead is good. Also, different audio content (operas, musical theater) have recordings that are not as loud as studio-mixed content. It's better to have the volume and not need it versus needing it and not having it or something.
